community glitch?

has anyone experienced a glitch or something on community where the post which is made by someone else is briefly linked to someone else? Seems odd. For example say casey replies to me and I go on the post it'll say it was actually posted by trendfollower but then I refresh the page (almost immediately) and it refreshes properly and shows accurately it was casey.

If you have any examples / screenshots please send this way and I can investigate. Possible mapping or caching issue between public facing usernames and back end client ID's. Thanks.
