Hi @DJarvis,  the problem is likely site permissions.

Click the padlock icon in the IG page url and then 'site settings'. Make sure Java and Flash are set to 'Allow' - not ask, then exit the settings page and click the 'Reload Page' prompt.

Hang-on, I thought this might be the case but couldn't believe it. They're **still** trying to use Flash here? Even though many browsers no longer support it?

Share accounts are not upgraded to the same system as CFD charts?

This seems to be a blocker bug which should be fixed with priority. Flash charts were dead months ago, no excuse to be still pushing Flash on people.

I'd like to edit my post but the time has passed.

Too verbose. Keep it simple.

Flash, still, ROFL!!

    • Gloomy Days Ahead as IMF Cuts Global Forecasts - EMEA Brief 22 Jan
The IMF has cut its forecasts for growth as it says the global economic expansion is losing its momentum, projecting a 3.5% growth rate worldwide for 2019, 0.2 percentage points less than its forecasts in October. This comes just hours after China announced its slowest economic growth in almost three decades.
