Hi guys just have seen the news this morning on some news feeding channel about FCA  and EU restricting ordinary or the way they call as retail customers from trading CFD's. So my question is does anyone have some info about this and is it possible to avoid such a thing. Its very frustrating because ive just mastered my strategy and was planing to make a lots of money in the next 18 months or so now im very sad. Or may be the solution will be opening account somewhere else? What are your suggestions guys ?

Hi @DarthVader,  the news you are referring to is the FCA proposal to make permanent the new regulations that were already implemented earlier this year on a temporary basis so nothing should change to what is already in place.

although it makes an additional note of turbos and crypto!

the best way to view this is look at IGs share price. The ESMA stuff caused a move from 900p to about 550, whilst on the back of this recent FCA stuff I think there was actually a bullish movement for the day.
