Hi, presumably you have just hit a patch of increased volatility and, as stated, price moved before the order could be completed, instead just passing on slippage or requoting the platform is saying to hit the buy/sell button again at the new price on the ticket if you still want to place the order.

Hi Caseynotes, thanks for getting back to me. I noticed the price wasn't updating, once I turned on pro realtime it started working fine. I was on the demo account.

Hi, 

I'm experiencing the same thing, however, while I can see the live price ticking away on the charts, the buy/sell price is not being updated on IG Pro so I'm unable to execute my orders. How can I update this?

Hi,

I purchased some shares in EQTEC and now want to place a further "Limit" order. However I keep getting a message stating "Market Not Available Online" even though I placed my initial orders using the same method
