Market open times on bank holidays

Hi,

I just opened an account and on my first day I cannot deal as it says UK  'market closed' at  11:00 AM.

Is this a volatility problem or a technical glitch?

You didn't mention which markets were closed but due to bank holidays in the UK some may have been. You can find information on this by following the link below:
