    Hi @Eragonnm, 
    You are using a CFD EPIC on a Spread Bet account. The EPIC for the equivalent instrument on Spread Bet is CS.D.LTCUSD.TODAY.IP 
    If you are using a CFD demo account than the EPIC is fine but you shouldn't be using DFB in expiry as that's for Spread Bet accounts.

    @Nirmit @aklxx100 the pay date for the Spin Off was the 30th of June. Our Custodian delivered the shares to us after that date and we allocated the new shares on the accounts on the 6h of July.

    ProRealTime is totally free on demo accounts. 
    If you generate monthly £30+ in spread and commissions, PRT will be free on your Live account as well.

    In order to activate PRT on your Demo account it has to be enabled first on your Live account. 
    You need £30 on your live account to activate PRT.

    It sounds to me like a network failure. If the connectivity wasn't strong enough to reach our servers in a timely manner, you could still see a running position on the platform which in reality was already closed as per your input. 
    Although this issue is rare you can easily solve it by refreshing your browser. In case even a refresh doesn't help, you can always grab a screenshot and send it to our helpdesk.uk@ig.com .

    Hello, 
    The stop market order is not available on stocks which are bought/sold through RSP quotes (Market Maker stocks).
    All the stocks you have mentioned are Market Maker stocks and they don't support Stop market orders. 
    Before making purchases, you can always check in the deal ticket if the market order on Exchange is available. If that's not the case (as in the example below) you won't be able to use Stop Market orders.
