    Ocado

I don't see any reason to 'target 1200 - 1250', so let's see if we can re-test the high at 1435 or beyond. I will move my stop to break-even when/if the chance comes and then let Ocado's price go and do its thing ...
  2. The best indicator of whether to buy or sell seems to be the 200-day SMA in this case. 😁
  3. I'll add it to my list to watch, thanks 👍😊
  4. Here's a good example of why you shouldn't buy low-volume 'breakouts':
  5. Jeez man 🙈 You're brave if you trade that ... a lot braver than me anyway. I'm just dumb and would lose lots of money
  6. There's still quite a bit of buying interest in this stock, could be that we have a 'shallow correction' followed by another lift-off! 😱

    Ocado

It still looks like the worst of the correction is over ... might be in for a little big of tug-of-war though.
  8. Cannabis stocks seem to swing to violent highs and lows right now, and the cannabis index is really underperforming. If you like 'trading volatility' then it might be right for you otherwise ... stay away!
  9. More sideways, money-losing action on the indices front recently ... same with FX and commodities ... lots of opportunities to lose money when day trading
  10. Yes, I think it is on course for a correction! Like Ocado it may turn out to be a good long as soon as it has finished correcting.

    Ocado

It looks okay for Ocado, though not strong. There was big volume on the last day of trading with just a small indecisive candlestick so it could be a drying up of selling or buying pressure, let's see where it goes today!
  12. Yep. There is an extra option to enable first though Here:
  13. Yeah even when I use the 'Save' option it doesn't remove my order stops/limits and running profit total on the left-hand side. Can't seem to find a way to turn it off!
  14. It's looking okay today for JD Sports short. Got a ways to go but on the right path! Would like to find a way to remove the open order overlay when taking pics of my chart. Just for modesty's sake.

    Ocado

Not looking good! Seems that this stock has further to fall 😲 How do I post PRT charts without the open order, stop loss etc displayed? I don't want you to see how much I'm losing
  16. I'm still watching it. It looks pretty good except that it is moving back up with little volume behind it. Let's see if it can surprise its strong resistance line and if not maybe it could still be a good short 🙈
  17. @nit2wynit My one humble bit of advice, would be to turn off the MACD as it's not always very clear - the RSI is the easiest to understand and use. Stochastics are also good but you have more variables to fiddle with there.
  18. I've also had one of those days where I realize how futile and pointless all of this is. Take heed from the pros and experts who quit day trading and make their money from selling courses, books, seminars, training etc. If even the 'best' get out of day trading hell as soon as they can, what does that mean for those unfortunate punters still trying to make it work for them?
  19. Indices are almost as difficult to trade as forex. Ugh I feel so stupid.

Got bad feelings about this one this morning. 😱
  21. @Foxy Yes, I'm still holding on for dear life. (Also still holding on to Ocado.)

    Ocado

I have gone long on Ocado, expecting to hold the position open for a while. Unless I get stopped out
  23. Looks like we are building up for a second assault on 602 - 603. 🙈
  24. @ Caseynotes Where do you get that info from
