Account Restricted





in February my account was restricted, after finally getting through to someone i was told i need to verify and upload some documents. Which i did. my account was then reinstated.

Today i tried to make a trade and was unable to do so as the message i received was account restricted closing only. Can someone explain to me why this has happened again. I have called the helpdesk who has no idea what im talking about and just keeps saying the person in charge is not at his desk.
