Technical help to allow me to access my ig account - this is currently barred.

Help - this is an urgent query. I can’t get into my ig account, because a personal detail check sheet is stuck over my account. Can you help remove this. I’ve used my wife’s account to get to you, my user I’d is bramleyfall.

might be the annual confirm of personal details, just update it and ok and it should then allow login.
