Trade analysis

Question

Hi, My trading history normally updates but for some reason it has not updated my closed positions in the last two days. Is there something I need to do, is it a fault or is this usual and it will just update in the coming days. Thank you in advance.

The Trade Analytics feature is now back online and functional.

Hi @DavidDPJ,

If you go to My IG > Live accounts > History > Transactions > Date  > 3 days. Do you have these transactions showing up?

If not please contact our support at helpdesk.uk@ig.com for further assistance.
