Cannot add another account (no "add account" option)

Hello, how do i add a valid mt4 account? I've followed the related guide but i dont seem to have any "add another account" option so i can't activate an mt4 account. I've tried using CFD account number as mt4 login (as it said it was compatible with mt4) but of course that didnt solve my issue. I'll attach a screenshot of myIG page showing the issue (it's in italian as im currently living in italy, i should see something like "aggiungi un'altro account" which would be the translated "add account" option, but i dont seem able to have such option).

It doesn't seem that the option to add an account is there, that is correct. Could you please reach out to our helpdesk on aperturaconto@ig.com to add an account or helpdesk.uk@ig.com.
