When will alerts be working again?

Thanks for the question

Have you tried refreshing your browser or using a different browser? If on the app can you try reinstalling the app. If the issue persists please email helpdesk.uk@ig.com with some screenshots of the error message so that it can be investigated by our IT team.

I tried a different browser, same problem.  I'm on the website, not an app (have checked the app and the problem's the same there).  I emailed the screen to the helpdesk as spoke to someon on the freephone number this morning.   I haven't yet hd a response.
