L2 dealer

Bloggs

Question

Hi

I'm new to IG and as a fairly active trader I was attracted to L2 dealer. I've downloaded it but I find it very hard to get to grips with and there appears to be no tutorial? Can anyone advise where I can find out how to navigate around the platform, I'm not very techy and this has completely baffled me. Also I have tried to access level 2 data by funding my  spread bet account with the minimum balance but am again struggling to access the L2 data, maybe it's just me being thick or old or both 🙄😂

Hi, it is a bit convoluted,  the L2 platform with DMA hooks up to a CFD account not a spread bet. Also need to switch on the additional data subscriptions from your 'My IG' > settings. And also download the user manual PDF.
