Automatic cancelled and deleted order - IG Phone App

Hi,

Placed a sell order for my full position this morning via IG phone app.  Quote was given, I accepted to confirm.

Just found out that immediately (with no notification to myself), the trade was cancelled and deleted and the sell order wasn't actually placed.

Any ideas.  Stock is now down, and the failure to fulfil the order has cost me circa £200.

Any help appreciated.

It is possible when the volatility is high, that the quote can't be executed as it has expired. Please reach out to the helpdesk.uk@ig.com with your account details. The team will be able to go through your orders and assist you further.
