When are restrictions on buying Polymetal shares going to be lifted on IG?

They are Cyprus based.

I want to second this question with the addition of the Evraz shares. Is there going to be something of an update from IG or means to be updated once the restrictions are lifted?

If you are going to keep investors from opening a position om the stock why even write on its potential upsides?

No update at the moment unfortunately. For the meantime we are not offering opening positions on any shares with Russian exposure.

What is your reasoning for not allowing positions on shares that are openly trading on the LSE? I've been forced to find another broker

This is an IG business decision as a safeguard to not contravene sanctions imposed on Russia.
