IG is worst unable to login in Meta trader 4

I'm facing issue. I'm not able to login in MT4 application.  Is  there any issue going on with IG server? It says unauthorized password. While it's correct and Mt4 account too I checked in email. Both correct. Still I'm facing this issue.  Kindly solve.

IG is really worst. I tried to contact via Twitter but no reply!!. They don't even provide live chat.
