MEET TEZOS: A Blockchain Designed to Last

Recommended Posts

I've been following the journey of Tezos and its native token, XTZ, for a while now, and I'm genuinely fascinated by the innovative approach this blockchain platform takes. The ability to interact with decentralized applications, cover transaction fees, secure the network through staking, and serve as a fundamental unit on the Tezos platform makes XTZ a versatile and integral part of the ecosystem.

The open-source nature of Tezos, coupled with its focus on addressing key barriers to blockchain adoption, really sets it apart. The commitment to long-term upgradability, open participation, collaboration, and smart contract safety speaks volumes about the robustness of the Tezos blockchain.

I'm curious to hear from fellow XTZ holders—what are your thoughts on the current state of Tezos and the potential for its native token? How has your experience been with using XTZ for interacting with dApps or securing the network through staking? And for those who might be considering investing in XTZ, what factors are influencing your decision?

With XTZ now trading on major exchanges like Bitget, Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, and KuCoin, it's evident that the market has recognized its value. Let's share our insights and experiences to help newcomers and fellow enthusiasts navigate the exciting world of Tezos and XTZ. What's your take on the future of Tezos?

From my experience, I think exposure has some vital role to play in driving a token's potentiality leveraging on the user bases of trading platforms & a such I'm not gonna miss out in accumulating XTZ at the former Exchange mentioned. Reason being that they've some cool earning products one could utilize to cushion the effect of the market.

Just like how altcoins and some meme coins rise to the limelight and get huge adoption due to their listing on major exchanges as these, so is what I believe for XTZ because Bitget for example has a high user-base just like other top exchanges, the recent listing will mean a lot, just keep track of it.

It's not easy ride predicting the future of a crypto project but Tezos ability to perform Peer to peer transaction and the deployment of smart contract would always encourage adoption and consequently impact price.

Looking at XTZ mcap and ranking from CG, I think it's easy to predict the future and direction of the token. Its use cases are completely mind blowing and that explain why the token still maintain top 75 by ranking because the holders can attest to its versatility among other blockchains. Top exchanges now using it for staking even makes it more appealing to hodl. Am sure the next bullrun might see the token surge in mcap and be in the top 20 so it's a good time to buy and hodl.

Tezos status as a self-upgradable and energy-efficient PoS blockchain designed to evolve and empower is innovative, the fact that high profile companies like French banking giant Societe Generale (which had planned to use it for experimenting with a central bank digital currency) has endorsed the project speaks well of its immense potentials and adoption

    • Decentralized finance has sparked numerous innovations, notably in lending and borrowing protocols, which enable users to transact without centralized authority. Smart contracts facilitate these financial interactions, offering freedom and security. While platforms like Aave, Maker, Compound, and yearn Finance have dominated the space, Zerolend's recent advancements have been noteworthy. Zerolend stands out by supporting a broader range of chains, including Linea, zksync, Blast, and Manta, giving it a competitive edge. Zerolend not only offers account abstraction and gas-less transactions but also integrates real-world assets, expanding its utility beyond crypto. This feature has garnered significant attention and adoption among crypto enthusiasts. The availability of Zerolend's native token on the Bitget pre-market trading platform offers an opportunity for early investors to benefit from its expected bullish trajectory. Given its utility and positive investor sentiment, acquiring the token at a favorable price before official listing could be a strategic move. What are your thoughts on this exciting development?
    • Hey @KoketsoIG, I hope you are well. Same problem today. GBP/TRY (and as far as I can see, other TRY pairs had similar situation today) swap was applied off swap bid=157.92 which is ~14.2% annualized when IG estimates funding rates in TRY as 52.99% (see below) and Turkish CB rate is 50%. That's ~3-3.5 times less than expected. Could you kindly investigate, please? WBR
