Hi guys, happy weekend! Cats TGE is getting closer, and a lot of exchanges have rolled out opportunities for users to make the most of it, especially for those who didn’t farm. I’ll be focusing on Bitget Launch Pool since I just locked some BGB. Here’s the deal: for those who didn’t meet the requirements for the official airdrop, you can still participate in the ongoing launch pool. You can stake BGB or USDT and earn some CATS. Is anyone else having this same problem?
Problem: Using the IG Android App, the last candle is slow to display on daily chart. Especially on reliable but slower connections.
Background & further info...
Intraday data displays instantly, but last candle of intraday data is same issue. Main issue is for the daily chart and final candle.
Helpdesk tells me that I am the only one reporting the issue. I find that hard to believe, as i have a seperate account and login for my SMSF and i have tried loggin in using my phone and other connections with the same problem. Tried uninstall and re-install still same problem. Also getting blank screen for first chart request, but clears when intraday data selected and daily data selected back, but thats not the main issue. Its waiting the 5-30 seconds just to see the final candle on the daily chart.
CMC markets doesnt have this problem, the final candle displays instantly just as quickly as IG displays most of its intraday data (just not the final candle) same con, same device.
Try it for yourselves, even with faster connections, you will notice that the final candle on the daily chart is slow to load. Is anyone else having this annoying problem??
