Unexpected Error on log in

Hi,

I am getting "unexpected error", I need to log into manage my position.

Please fix asap.

Please fix, following last weeks string of errors this is almost unacceptable.

same problem cannot get in to change my limit!!!!

I done a entry, and the platform didn't allowed me to place the stop, cose if that i lost 500£

Fyi they eventually sent me on the old platform and it seems to work (Im surprised I thought it had closed) 

Dont ask me how to access the old platform, they just sent me there.

Sorry, you are experiencing login issues at the moment.

Please note that we currently have no issue affecting logins, kindly try the basic mobile app troubleshooting:

- Log out, force close the app and then log back in.
- Ensure that your app has been updated to the latest version.
- Ensure that you are using a good stable WiFi connection or 4G mobile data. Try switching between the two network services to see if it could be a temporary issue on either connection.
- Delete the app and do a fresh installation of the app.
- Restart the mobile device.
