Alert won't stop after deleting it

I set an alert that went off last week and now it won't stop going off even though I have deleted it. When I go to to alerts there is nothing there but I keep getting notifications that the alert has gone off. I have had at least 15 notifications come through already in the last 15 minutes. Very annoying to have my phone buzzing me every minute.

Im the same, but here is the bad news. Its been going off for TWO YEARS after I closed the position.

Hi, there are a range of alert options in your My IG page settings.

I can see generic options to enable / disable push options etc but nothing to control /edit/deelte notifications on an individual stock.

Mine alert was a percentage based movement alert for oil if that helps?

I had this same issue and finally realised today that I had set up the alert in my Share dealing account whilst I was still trying to find my way around. I had deleted it from my ISA account, yet it was being triggered. Check the Alerts section of ALL your accounts and delete in all.
