IG live not loading

Question

Hi,

last few weeks IG live has not loaded into my work space,. all i get is a busy loasing icon then blank screen, I use to get the error message as attached but now its just a blank screen.

Am using windows 10 with firefox browser

Hi @smokem,
Thank you for raising this issue. Could you please try to delete your cache and cookies on Firefox?
Could you also try to use Google chrome and see if you have access to the link?

Could it be the time related? i was fiirst trying at ~ 8 am and every time got the error, loaded ok at 9:15 am

video loaded without changing anything.

I would recommend to use another thread on the Community for PRT issues.

Please send us a screenshot of the issue we will be able to assist further.

I am having the same problem since yesterday on Chrome. I have tried to clear the Cache and tried MS Edge but no avail.  Messaged the technical support and I think they did not read my message carefully and 8 hours later they messaged me to tell me that to clear the cache and try the browser, even though I explained to them that I have already tried this.  It seems they are not in any hurry ...!
