Dividend payment time lag

HI Team ,

How long ( days)  wiill it take for the money to reach IG account once the company has made the dividend payment . 

Example : If the dividend payment date is 30/Sept/2021  ( this is the actual payment date not ex dividend date or the dividend declaration date )  when can I see the amount being credited in to my IG account as additional cash ? Is it pay date + 2BD = 4/Oct ?

Thanks for reaching out.

As soon as we receive a dividend payment from any of the shares you own, we will credit your account. It will appear on your ledger as additional cash. You can choose to either reinvest it or withdraw it.

I am yet to receive the dividend payment for Centamin which was paid on 30th Sept

Thank you for the feedback, 

Please note that we are still waiting to receive the funds from our broker. Once we have received the funds they will be allocated to your trading account. This process can take up to 5 business days from the pay-date.
