Notifictions seem to have stopped working since 20/5

I executed a few trades on 22/05 and 23/05 but notifications are not coming up on the right hand pane as shown below.

Could you please confirm, if you tried on another browser or on the IG app? Have you tried to delete your cache and cookies?

Hi @CloudStock,

The IT team came back to me. Could you please confirm if you are still facing the issue?

If so you could you please follow these steps:

1. Right click on your IG platform and click on Inspect:

2. Click on '>>. then Network:
image.png

3. Click on the error notifications at the top, and take a screenshot of the highlighted areas and anything in red:

With these information our team will be able to fix the issue.

Hello, I have the same issue on Firefox and Edge browsers. The only notification that shows up is for  IG Live videos. I've attached a screenshot of the error I get in browser. Hi, I am also facing push notification problem. Have not been receiving indicator alert notification for the past few days on both desktop and mobile app. Can only receive push notification for orders opened and closed, and price alert notification.

Thank you for your feedback, the IT team said that it was fixed for some clients. Could you please clarify if it is all notifications, or only price alerts, indicators, positions notification?

Hi @ArvinIG,

This is the screen shot. nothing (notifications, alerts, indicators, positions notification) is showing up except IG LIVE.
