Demo account not loading

For the past week, I have been unable to open my demo account. It appears to get stuck loading but doesn't appear to have the issue loading a live account. Does anyone know a fix for this? or Is this a known issue?

Could you please confirm if the issue is still ongoing on your end? We had maintenance this past weekend which might have affected the platform.

Me too, I opened an account on Feb 10, it is confirmed on Feb 14. Since the beginning I tried several time to open a demo account .

It just stuck ...  nothings can be continued.

 

Also I tried to fund my account, it was a WISE transfer and confirmed paid / received, but not credited . How long will it take for this process ?
