The tweet feed on the web based dashboard seems to have frozen. Is this being looked at? Any idea when it could be fixed. Given market activity today it is a useful source of info....

@eddyed

There is a Twitter API connection issue. We do not have an ETA on the API fix. Once we have an update on the fix we will let you know.

If its true that Twitter want to charge a ridiculous fee to link to their API then it makes sense that IG would pause before spending on this.

HOWEVER - CAN IG PLEASE GIVE US SOME GUIDELINES ON HOW TO RECREATE THE STREAM FOR OURSELVES IN OUR OWN TWITTER FEEDS?

IG HAVE AN OBLIGATION TO DO THIS SINCE TRADERS RELIED ON THIS DATA BEFORE AND CONSIDERED IT PART OF THE PACKAGE. IF WE DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE FEED VIA IG THEN WE SHOULD BE TOLD HOW TO RECREATE IT OURSELVES.

Anymore updates on this ie how long until we see it up and running, also I have noticed around 8pm (PC based) the platform goes down, the current screen / workplace I am on works but as soon as you try to switch to other IG accounts they freeze in fact all the balance figures are not showing in the right hand drop down, the only way I can see whats going on is to use app on phone?

Any update given the problem is now two weeks old? Are you actually going to fix it or are you misleading all the clients that have asked after it? I note that I am one of many that have been told you are working on it, but have not found an update on any similar question.
