Lagging Platform, unable to access phone help.

Hi guys, the whole platform was lagging last night.

At the moment, I cannot alter some of my positions.  

I am calling the help desk but no one answers.

Any ideas? 

I note the watchlist boards have gone live again just now so still some problems after yesterday's outage, you should be able to make changes from the positions tab (see pic below).

keep watch on the status page  https://status.ig.com/ 

try the live chat or message tab from the 'contact us' page  https://www.ig.com/uk/contact-us

otherwise keep on the phone.
