Guest verify my account

Hallo
please help me i really need to get started 
i have sent alot of mails and tried to call but i get no reply 
my account still says it needs to be activated even after it was approved 
please kindly get back to me and clear my account because its been weeks now

Hi Charlotte,

 

Hope you are doing well - I'm having the same issue in regards to account activation. If you find the time could you please remedy this problem as I have successfully uploaded the necessary documents and I am simply awaiting approval?

Hey, 

Are you able to make a community account rather than posting as a guest. When you make an account we're able to pass on your community details and then our account opening team are able to find and prioritise you.

I've reached out to our account opening team to check the account progress. They will relay information to our new business team. If they need anything more from you they will reach out. 

At the moment they're quite busy so please do give them some time but if you think it's taking to long do reach out to me or the team.

I still haven't had my account approved and believe it's been a month since I sent the original request. Can you look into my account?
