Is there anybody at IG who answers a phone call?

times are tough in the City, many lost or lose their jobs, so why can IG not make sure that phone calls are answered? Not even calls for the dealing desk get answered, abysmal!

Maybe they should recloate their Indian call centre back to London and give those former high-powered glamorous young things the chance to answer the phones for a living

I've been trying to call them for a week, after hours on hold, no answer?

It's baffling when even the dealing desk calls go unanswered. Have you tried reaching out through other channels or maybe escalating the issue? Sometimes a bit of persistence can do wonders.

Is there anyone who answers questions on here?  Go thru the entire forum to see unanswered posts going back weeks and months.

Been like this since 2019.....Only gotten worse since 2020.
