    It sounds to me like a network failure. If the connectivity wasn't strong enough to reach our servers in a timely manner, you could still see a running position on the platform which in reality was already closed as per your input. 

    Although this issue is rare you can easily solve it by refreshing your browser. In case even a refresh doesn't help, you can always grab a screenshot and send it to our helpdesk.uk@ig.com .

    The stop market order is not available on stocks which are bought/sold through RSP quotes (Market Maker stocks).

    All the stocks you have mentioned are Market Maker stocks and they don't support Stop market orders. 

    Before making purchases, you can always check in the deal ticket if the market order on Exchange is available. If that's not the case (as in the example below) you won't be able to use Stop Market orders.

    Our Share Dealing account is a multi currency account if you choose the manual conversion on MyIG > Live accounts > Share Dealing > Currency conversion.

    This means that our system won't convert any EUR/USD/AUD amounts to GBP when you'll sell your holdings.

    If you need to convert the EUR back to GBP just drop us an email to helpdesk.uk@ig.com requesting to do so.

    Please note as well that the manual conversion will lead to a change in the commission structure for US stocks. For more info please click here, commission structure .
