Ah, another insult... I was not saying everything was closed, I was simply pointing out that your post stating "Russia is fully open" was a lie. Which implies to me they are open but were reduced to less than 50% capacity and are now allowed to increase to 50% capacity. Not eaxctly "fully open".

Do you actually double check anything you post? I've just posted something from a reliable source that totally contradicts something you posted earlier and all you can do is sarcastically congratulate me on being able to search the web. Are you going to delete your false post or just leave it there to add to the volumes of misinformation on this thread?

Because everybody was stuck at home doing far less than they were during December last year? Not surprising really. Or is the narrative "we can't be in a pandemic if we have less emergency admissions?". Do emergency admissions even cover somebody going to hospital with Covid? Or is that a general admission? More misinformation. Greece did not do this. Greece implemented a system of sending an SMS each time you wish to leave the house. There was/is no restriction on how many times per day/week you can leave home.
