Where are my shares

3 of my positions have disappeared.  The value of them are in my totals but no sign of the shares so I cannot open a ticket to sell them, I think it is time to change platforms, Hargreaves here I come!

 

Anyone know how I can find them?

Same thing happened to me over the weekend but they're visible now.
