Platform Crashing Out

Good day,

For the past month, at least, IG keeps crashing and logging me out. In particular when I attempt to open the application on my tablet at the same time as having the platform open on my computer.

Is there a limit to the number of active IG windows that can be open at once? For example, I have multiple displays and could have 2 windows open displaying my IG account at the same time as having the app open on my tablet.

Please may you assist as this is incredible infuriating and interruptive.

Thank you for the feedback, 

Once you have L2 enabled you lose the ability for concurrent logins on different devices. So you will be able to open multiple windows on one device but it will log out when you login on another device.

However, even if I only use one device, it still crashes, sometimes even when I only have 1 window open.

What is "L2" and can it be disabled so that I can use more than one device?

and to add, you should be able to have the platform open x2 on same or different device if one is logged in using the browser 'incognito' function.

L2 is our dealing platform that gives you direct market access. This is most likely enabled by default when the account is created. You can contact our helpdesk IT team to disable as well as for assistance with the platform crashing.
