Account activation problems

Guest Francoisl

Question

Guest Francoisl

Hello,

I opened my only account 2 weeks ago and as part of the process, I've uploaded my passport. Now the system is telling my that my id has been verified but my account remains deactivated and each time I try to activate I simply get the message that the document has been received and my id verified as per attached.

I have tried to raise a ticket to the helpdesk and they pointed me to a 'account manager' who sent me one email to which I responded but since then I have not heard from them...

Has anyone experienced this? I am about to close the account out of frustration but thought I would check here as a last resort before doing so.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Francois

Thanks very much for letting us know, and apologies for the issues you have had in getting your account open. I've forwarded this to our Australian client services team and I'll make sure they get on this as soon as they're in. They should be in contact directly and I'll also ask them to update as appropriate here.

    • Hi buddy, from my experience m, you sounded like you're setting a life goal for yourself in the crypto trading journey while some only treat it as a side gain where they only trade to make some profits, but seeing your eagerness, I'll say you should take it slow and do some due research.  You can try copy trading, it seems people make a lot from it following experts' trades. Please ensure you do your research and don't just take words from people you meet online. Be consistent with your savings of profits and see how you'll grow.
