Platform reset to default?

Hi, my platform setting have all reset to default removing all indicators and changed the colour from dark to light.  I've had trouble logging in most of last week too and clearly today is no exception.

Can anyone give me an idea on why my platform settings have reset to default?

this is unprofessional every time large volatility occurs IG shuts it platforms off its really really low level tricks now i know why this broker has 1 star rating on every other brokerage review sites. now they even disabled chat because they dont want to hear customers blaming them .

This is a joke.    My chart is literally jumping from 1 time frame to a different timeframe.....

This **** is scary man....Playing with money here!!!!  charts not working orders won't close ffs!  Why the hell am i still here?

Spot on Mikheil. I can log in now and the data feeds are restored but I see that in the interim both my positions were closed out at a loss. Lovely.

This is disgusting my charts are doing the same thing how can you trade when charts are chopping and changing

I'm also facing this problem. Every now and then all my chart drawings are lost, colour palette and chart settings are reset. The worst thing is this happens every once in an while and when it happens, the settings reset intermittently in a few minutes if you try to draw anything or change any settings away from default.

Then what can we do?  I've been complaining about poor platform issues since April 2019!....

I'm a fool for still being here it seems.  But we're creatures of habit......what to do, what to do?

I recently took part in a Q&A with IG......apparently a lot of problems are being addressed very soon in an Update.

Not sure I have the confidence to stick around and wait for it.
