    Recently, myself and a few others have noticed that lists are no longer synching to PRT.

    Is anyone else experiencing the same? Will this issue be addressed?

    Populating lists in IG (via the API) and having them synch with PRT is a core part of our trading strategy for many.

    Thanks for your post.

    Not sure I understand your question. However, please note that when you have a share dealing account, you can hold multi-currency. This means that you can be able to deposit USD in the account. If your settings are not set to 'manual' our standard currency conversion fee is 0.5% on top of the exchange rate.

    recently i see a different behaviour using the API. 

    My code is just asking for 5 data points every 5 minutes. That is well below the limits given in the FAQ.
    Additionally i have one Streaming API connected for about 6 hours two times a day.

    That behaviour worked well for almost 6 months now. Finally since one week i see that my streaming API connection is dropped after some hours. 
    When i try then to login i get the following error code 

    "errorCode": "error.public-api.exceeded-api-key-allowance"

     

    I really dont get what has changed meanwhile. After some hours it is then working again.
    Can some one can give me further input why the connection is stopped even after two hours?

    Past Wednesday went short on usdtry mini (never dealt with Turkish before) received positive adjustment of8.90 next day. Held it overnight to Friday got 18.70 (adjustment for 3 days). Held position over weekend today again 8.85. Thought abit strange that 3 days was 18.70 and not about 25. Checked a few other pairs i had and there the three days adjustments were exactly three times more. Contacted help desk and was referred to calculations and concepts above my head. 

    Sooo... is this normal with usdtry? Or all try pairs are like that?

    Adjustments or overnight funding rates are not fixed and will not be the same. These will depend on the local rate of the market traded. We post indicative rates on the community every Monday: 

    Please also refer to the 'Counting The Cost" blog post to know how many days of overnight funding you will be subjected to on a certain day, on a certain currency pair:

    Sorry, you are experiencing login issues at the moment.

    Please note that we currently have no issue affecting logins, kindly try the basic mobile app troubleshooting:

    - Log out, force close the app and then log back in.
    - Ensure that your app has been updated to the latest version.
    - Ensure that you are using a good stable WiFi connection or 4G mobile data. Try switching between the two network services to see if it could be a temporary issue on either connection.
    - Delete the app and do a fresh installation of the app.
    - Restart the mobile device.
