Hi @AndaIG Is it possible to open a second international IG account for share trading, as a UK retail customer, and have the US ETFs available for trading through that international account?

As I switch between watchlists, charts have started losing their saved indicators (typically Bollinger Bands, MACD, Volume, RSI).

@AndaIGThank you for your quick response. Are there any plans to update the platform to enable KID's to be accepted at the point of dealing, as I believe some other platforms do?

Why would an order to buy iShares TLT ETF in my shares dealing account be rejected with no reason given?

If I try to buy Spring Valley Aquisition Corp (NASDAQ:SV) why does the platform say not available to trade online?

Just on the SHELL (LSE) chart, some price bars appear overlaid on the MACD indictor on the right, and the MACD only starts on March 7th. Viewing in Firefox browser v98.02.

Unless I've missed something, at the moment to move a chart from one workspace to another means closing the chart in one workspace, moving to the other workspace, searching again for the asset and then adding to the selected other workspace. It would be great if a right mouse click on the chart tab could open a popup menu that offered the option to move to another workspace.

Unless I've missed something charts in a workspace can only be arranged as a full sized window or multiple windows that can be manually sized (as in MS Windows apps). It would be great if there was an option to automatically arrange in a grid view.

Why do some stocks trading, eg Paypal, have trading hours from 09:00 to 01:00, and not the usual hours of one of the exchanges eg 08:00 to 16:30 for London?

Why can the Sprott Physical Uranium Trust Fund only be offered for leverage? Is that due to IG policy or government rules?

Yes ProShares VIX ETF is tradable but only for 4 hours London time! The iPath 500 VIX ETN for US time is only available for closing trades 🙄

I know IG offers VIX products within a CFD account, and they are listed in my share account, but the last attempt to purchase VIXY within the share account failed, said it was not available. Very frustrating that products display within an account only to be told they are not available at the point of purchase! I can't remember if the 3x was available, certainly the 1x was not.

Is there any way to measure percentage change between two points by drawing a line, as on other platforms?

Received a margin call on ProShares VIX yesterday by email at 3:15pm but when I logged in you had already automatically closed the position. 1) What's IG's policy on margin calls in Spread Bet accounts? 2) Why did you close the position with no warning? 3) Do you automatically close positions in ISA accounts too? 4) Why don't you answer the phone, even after waiting an hour?

I only see VIX option contracts expiring in the current month and one month ahead, currently DEC and JAN, but others seem to have access to options expiring in MAR and beyond on other platforms. Will IG be offering options with later expiries in the future?
