IG Product Updates

Hi, do not know if this is the place to ad this comment but I am an IG customer using the ProRealTime platform which I love except for the following:

Most of the charts on ProRealTime is perfect but almost all the big name stock especially the ones with (All Sessions) in brackets behind the name has a lot of tails on the Candlesticks which is completely wrong most of the time and let me to not trade those at all and also makes me sceptic with other charts with long tails on the candlesticks. WILL BE NICE IF TGHIS PROBLEM CAN BE FIXED AS I HAVE SEND NUMEROUS EMAILS REGARDING THIS- Samples:

 

Request: I do not know if this will be possible but it would be real real nice if there can be a indicator that shows the Elliott waves on the charts.

How much does ProRealTime cost?

As an IG client you get ProRealTime charts free for your first month. After that, you still won’t pay for ProRealTime if you trade at least four times in a given month.

If you don't, or your trading activity is of extremely low value, you’ll pay a £30 fee on the last day of every month.

Hi I have 2 issues to note. The first is that many charts show the incorrect price on weekends, this making analysis complicated. The issue seems to resolve during trading hours but is very inconvenient out of trading hours. In addition, many shares show crazy price spikes, such as Walmart today. https://prnt.sc/0tFoIV5Wbdip

The second suggestion I wish to make is to offer the choice of tabs being across the top or on the left side of the page. When I add many charts to a tab, I can't see the share name. https://prnt.sc/gxGoY1sMJnDl Thanks
