Prices not updating in real time

Check out the differences in time between these stocks. It's always like this. Any idea why? Also I'm subscribed to Level 2, but can't see level 2 data on the new platform. Any idea how to get this. Guides I've found online don't seem to apply to my platform.

Hi, the time updates when there is change to the price levels.

For the L2 data display you need the DMA platform, download from the platforms section IG web page.

Thanks Casey, but the prices definitely have been changing, just not updating. I can see that from the charts and from putting in dummy quotes.

 

Disappointed there's no L2 data on the web platform though.

Hi Folks can anyone help.The platform is saying the market is closed.Its only 14.15

I'm not sure if this is a similar issue?? I'm seeing price difference from the charting against my positions in market.

Trading ASX with paid live data - Deep Yellow positions shows latest prce at 0.265 / Chart shows 0.275 (Confirmed with tradingview too and via my other trading platform).

EDIT - Ok so now I understand, the position in market displays the current bid price.  Not the last trade price.  This make a lot of sense.
