Anyone having issues with buy/alerts not coming through?

I'm having issues with both the mobile app and the web platform.

The mobile app was fine for many months. However since last week only some alerts were coming through and for several days now have stopped completely.

With the web platform, when a buy/sell order is triggered, I always get an alert but never for a stop loss triggered. It's been that way for about 4 months now and tech support can't shine any light on the matter.

I've been having similar issues for months. Sometimes the alerts come through on my iPad, sometimes on my, phone or Apple Watch but never consistently and never when I seem to need them when I am away from my computer. I've checked all my notification settings on every device, they are all turned on so if anyone can help shed light on why they are so unreliable I would be grateful.
