502 Error when trying to download Trade History

Hi there, would anyone be able to help me with this problem?

I'm not being able to export my trade history to csv from the LiveAccounts/History page. If I open up  my browser's dev tool and inspect the GET request I see the api call return a 502 error:

Just to let you know I have built an Excel Add-in which provides lots of IG functionality directly in Excel.

You can stream/download live prices as well as account data such as your trade history:

I fully support it and regularly add new features, you can try it free for 10 days to see if it helps you:

I have the same issue. I was finally able to download the Trade History data this morning but now the csv file shows all of my trades as SELL trades even though there should be a number of BUY trades...really weird!

    • Dear All, On the September 22 I could not sell Presto automation stock $PRST.  I have reported that to IG helpdesk, had multiple calls etc. It is not obvious where this process is going and I need my refund money ASAP. I have sent the screenshots etc.
