Same here, i've created several sets of alerts and all are being constantly wiped despite showing for a short time.

How about making it more obvious there is an issue, when you look at the page re: platform issues it states all systems are operational when clearly they're not.

I suspect the status page is just for PR! The statuses are always green no matter what. According to IG  this issue is classed as medium priority. High priority only applies if users are unable to login to the system!

I would urge anyone affected to log a case with IG HelpDesk as they don't seem to appreciate this has a high impact from a client perspective

@KoketsoIG can we have a specific update on resolution?  This should have been sorted by now. What is the issue? We need an ETA. No more boiler plate responses please! As a suggestion, if there are issues on the system it is basic service management practice that you inform customers of the issue. This problem should be available on the status page along with the status of resolution and ETA!

Same here. My alerts disappeared yesterday morning. Occasionally reappear before vanishing again and this problem now continues into a second day.

Yes, they do appear to be back. However, I have noticed one instance where the price went through an alert I had set for Aluminium (sell price reaches 2244) and it did not trigger. I will delete the alert and reset to see if that cures the problem.

    • Asian stock markets were led higher by Japanese equities, with the country's Topix benchmark rising 1%. This increase pushed the index's year-to-date gains above 20%. The surge was primarily driven by high-end manufacturing companies specialising in precision tooling and optical equipment. In Hong Kong, the Hang Seng index saw a modest increase of 0.5%. A subindex tracking mainland Chinese property developers listed in Hong Kong performed particularly well, climbing more than 3%. Candidates in the second round of French elections must decide by the end of the day whether to continue the contest, with many of those coming third likely to drop out and support candidates from rival parties in a bid to stop the Far Right from gaining a majority in the National Assembly. Eurozone inflation figures are the main economic release today, while Fed chairman Jerome Powell will speak at the ECB's banking forum in Portugal. Futures are subdued across the board, after Monday's session ended with small gains in the US.
    • Since late 2023, the Solana ecosystem has seen significant growth, with many memecoins being developed on its blockchain.  Despite the excitement surrounding these memecoins, it's important to conduct thorough research to avoid scams, known as rug pulls. While there are many promising projects, numerous investors have also faced substantial losses. In response to this, the JAIL token was created to spotlight the consequences of fraudulent activities in the crypto space and to remind the community about the principle of karma. By referencing notable cases like SBF, Do Kwon, and Faruk Fatih Ozer, JAIL token underscores the importance of fairness and transparency. The token has gained popularity due to its mission, with trading volume on Bitget surpassing $337 million at the time of writing, reflecting strong interest. Personally, I see good potential in JAIL due to its emphasis on accountability. However, it's essential to conduct your own research (DYOR).
    • In the ever-evolving world of blockchain technology, a new contender has emerged with the potential to reshape the landscape. Avail, founded in late 2020 by Anurag Arjun and Mihailo Bjelic, both former co-founders of Polygon, is tackling the persistent challenge of blockchain scalability through an innovative modular approach. Avail's core proposition is to decouple the consensus and data availability layers from execution, creating a more efficient and flexible blockchain architecture. This separation allows different blockchain solutions to leverage Avail's robust data availability layer, potentially leading to a new era of scalable and interoperable blockchain networks. Some of Avail's standout features include: 1. Optimized Data Availability: Ensuring that transaction data remains accessible and verifiable. 2. Cross-Chain Compatibility: Designed to work with various execution layers and blockchain networks. 3. Enhanced Security: By focusing on data availability, Avail strengthens the overall security of connected networks. 4. Scalability Solutions: Enables other blockchains to achieve higher throughput by offloading data availability concerns. 5. Experienced Leadership: Founded by blockchain veterans with a proven track record in scaling solutions. Why Bitget's pre-market trading of Avail/USDT deserves attention: 1. First-Mover Advantage: Early participation could position you at the forefront of a potentially transformative project. 2. Diversification: Avail represents a unique approach in the blockchain space, offering portfolio diversification for crypto investors. 3. Potential for Growth: Given the critical nature of scalability in blockchain adoption, Avail's solution could see significant demand. 4. Limited Initial Supply: Pre-market trading often involves a more limited token supply, which could lead to interesting price dynamics. 5. Supporting Innovation: Participation signals support for novel approaches to long-standing blockchain challenges. Remember, while the project shows promise, all investments carry risk. It's crucial to thoroughly research the project, understand the risks involved, and only invest what you can afford to lose.
