App & Site error ?

Hi - I just logged into the app and was shocked to see my funds as nil with no open positions. I checked the online platform and it shows the same status. I tried the app a second time and this time my open position was shown but still showed nil funds. History shows no withdrawals and no position closes so whats going on ? Cheers.

Hi   Useful information to give is what device you are using and which platform you are using.

The IG link for site status is at  http://status.ig.com/  which is not flagging any problems for any platforms at the moment.

 

For a quicker response on the forum if you need a moderator is to include their name with the @ prefix so they will be notified, as in  

 

If it's urgent best bet is to use the phone, IG client help.

 

I am pretty sure IG won't keep a position open if there actually were no funds, more likely to be a device data load problem.

As far as I am aware no one else has reported any issues, so I believe it maybe something isolated to your device.
