Can't activate ProRealTime

I can't activate ProRealTime in my settings tab, there is simply no mention of ProRealTime in the menu. What am I missing here?

I have followed the instructions on how to activate it and cannot find it in the Tools menu either.

 

Any ideas?

Hi ,  If it doesn't appear in the drop down tab on the blue 'open new platform' in the My IG Dashboard it means IG have not activated it for your account. A call to the helpdesk should sort it, be aware of the conditions of use re; minimum number of trades per month.

I have funded my account but still cant activate ProRealTime because message" you dont have enough money for ProRealtime??
