Posts from new Community members now require manual content approval

Recommended Posts

Hi all

On the back of an obvious increase in marketing and spam on IG Community, all new members first posts now require content approval from a moderator or myself. Approval usually happens very quickly, after which new member posts will be live for others to see.

Moderator approval is only required for the first post, after which all posts will be instantly auto approved. Make your first post or comment today to get involved with Community.

For existing members: please use the 'Report Post' function in the top right hand corner to bring such posts which slip through the net to our attention quicker. Thanks.

For me it's been a week for my approval so it isn't that quick...

At the moment there's an issue with some of the new posts being approved. I have contacted our technical team regarding this and am hoping to get it sorted shortly.

Most of them are API questions, which may be answered on our Labs community page:

https://labs.ig.com/community

I will update this feed as soon as this is resolved.

Apologies to anyone this is affecting :(

Hello

I'm new to this community. I would be grateful if you could let me know how long would it normally take to complete the document verification. I have just uploaded my documents. Thanks in advance. Regards

Many thanks for your replies.

My account has not been activated yet though I had uploaded the required documents on 4th April 2020.

Could anyone advise me regarding the reason for this long delay please?

Kind regards

Jis

    • The Covid Hoax continues. Everything centers on the PCR test and it's deliberate misuse. A PCR of 25 cycles identifies the infectious with a minimal amount of false positives, the more cycles you do the more false positives are included. Fauci himself has said 35 cycles and above most results are false positives for infectious material. Western countries are running the PCR test at 45 cycles which is mathematically known to give 90%+ false positives. Govt and health officials know this. Groups in Portugal have joined groups in Italy and the UK in starting legal action against the fraudulent misuse of the PCR test used to justify continuing lockdowns and social restrictions. Meanwhile new research from the US finds: “All of this points to no evidence that COVID-19 created any excess deaths. Total death numbers are not above normal death numbers. We found no evidence to the contrary,”  Just as has already been found in many other countries (see recent posts above for data from Sweden and Ireland).  https://web.archive.org/web/20201126223119/https://www.jhunewsletter.com/article/2020/11/a-closer-look-at-u-s-deaths-due-to-covid-19
    • Doh! Maybe I should have thought it through a bit more aha. Not been having much luck instraday atm, so was going to try and take advantage of moves that last multible days, and so was wondering about overnight charges. But like you said, it's proably cheaper than the spread anyway. Cheers
