Hi @Torre
Thanks for the question
Please note that this ETF is open to retail traders. You can trade it on a share dealing account or a leveraged account. It is not ISA eligible. If you do not have a Mifid score you may get the rejection stating it is a complex instrument. In that case you simply need to call the helpdesk and go through the appropriateness questionnaire to determine suitability.

Hi Kudat
Search for the share that you are holding, then click on it. From the deal ticket click on Sell. Then add the quantity of shares that you hold. Then order type would be stop, stop level is the price you want to sell at, expiry is good till cancelled. Deal ticket looks like the below screenshot but sell would be highlighted red.
All the best

Hi @Kudat
Thanks for the question
Please note that the stop loss feature is an OTC product and is thus unavailable to share dealing accounts, where orders go directly through the exchange. You can however place a Stop order GTC to sell at your desired price. I hope this helps!
Kind regards

Hi @Michael053
Unfortunately our platform does not have the functionality to place an indicator alert on the parabolic SAR. We are happy to pass this as feedback to our developers.
Many thanks

Hi @PriorCleeve
Thank you for the question
Please note that All Active Asset Capital has delisted. As you hold the shares in a Share Dealing account they will remain on your account up to a point when they are either deemed worthless or a shareholder settlement is received by our broker. The shares cannot be removed until this is replicated from our broker and we match their bookings accordingly. I hope this helps

Hi @TraderGT1
Thank you for the question
On the 1 hour time frame 150.835 is the low for the next hour. i.e after your stop had already been executed. If you go to the previous candle you will see that the low is 150.900 as you would expect. Hope this clears it up
Regards
Anda
Below shows the relevant candle as well as the one post trade execution

Hi @TraderGT1
Thank you for the question
When closing a long position you need to sell to close. Therefore your position would be closed basis the bid price. You can switch to the bid price by right clicking on the chart, then selecting price, then bid. If you change to the bid price you will see that your position was closed basis your stop level which you had set at a price of 150.910. The low on that candle is 150.900 which would have triggered your stop accordingly. I have attached a screenshot to illustrate the above.
Kind regards

Hi @Sam252
Yes that is correct, and apologies for the lack of clarity that you received earlier.

Hi @Sam252
Our model continuously values the FTSE100 weekly options. The model will use Friday at 16:35pm as the time at which the rate of decline will come to an end. This coincides with the time settlement is released officially which occurs after a 5min auction period.

Hi @stuart775
A stop loss is an OTC product thus it is not available on the ISA/share dealing account where orders go directly through to the exchange. The closest work around is to place a working order to sell at your preferred stop level. This order would need to have a good till cancelled expiry(GTC). I hope this helps!

Hi @BillyWhizz
The next dividend is only forecasted to be declared in early September. If you use the previous dividend as an illustration. 0.0813 x 280 shares = GBP19.34 dividend payment. Thus GBP19.34 would have been credited to your account. Hope this helps.
Thanks

Hi @Darrenm
Thanks for the question.
If you are referring to the SA equity charts, they are not updating because the JSE has not as yet opened for trading today. There is a delayed opening because of an issue at their end.
Thanks

Hi @ben_fu
Thanks for the question
You simply need to install MT4 again in a different location. Please see the below steps:
- Download MT4 setup file from the following link and run it: http://www.ig.com/content/dam/publicsites/igcom/mt4/ig4setup.exe
- Tick to agree with terms > Settings:
- Browse > Expand Desktop* > Make New Folder and name e.g. 'IG MT4 2' > OK > Rename Program group e.g. 'IG MetaTrader 4 Terminal 2' > Next:
- Finish:
I have added some screenshots below which should help.
All the best

Hi @markov1207
Thanks for the question
If you to My IG>Live accounts>History on the web based platform then you should be able to view the past activity/transactions on your account. If you are not able to access it there then you can also email helpdesk.uk@ig.com and ask for your ledger summary to be emailed to you.
Many thanks

Hi @theruleof7
Thanks for the question
The trade was stopped out basis the stop level instructed at 0.90537. The trade was stopped out at a price of 0.90493 meaning that you incurred 4.4 points worth of slippage. I have attached a screenshot indicating the time your stop was triggered. Remember to always check the bid price when selling to close and the ask price if buying to close. I hope this helps.
Many thanks

Hi @Paul17
You should be able to invest in Australian shares from your share dealing account. If you are not able to see the shares please contact helpdesk.uk@ig.com and ask to activate the Australian market data feeds.
Many thanks
