  1. Hi @Torre

    Thanks for the question

Please note that this ETF is open to retail traders. You can trade it on a share dealing account or a leveraged account. It is not ISA eligible. If you do not have a Mifid score you may get the rejection stating it is a complex instrument. In that case you simply need to call the helpdesk and go through the appropriateness questionnaire to determine suitability.

    All the best

  2. Hi Kudat

Search for the share that you are holding, then click on it. From the deal ticket click on Sell. Then add the quantity of shares that you hold. Then order type would be stop, stop level is the price you want to sell at, expiry is good till cancelled. Deal ticket looks like the below screenshot but sell would be highlighted red.

  3. Hi @PriorCleeve

    Thank you for the question

Please note that All Active Asset Capital has delisted.  As you hold the shares in a Share Dealing account they will remain on your account up to a point when they are either deemed worthless or a shareholder settlement is received by our broker. The shares cannot be removed until this is replicated from our broker and we match their bookings accordingly. I hope this helps

  4. Hi @TraderGT1

    Thank you for the question

When closing a long position you need to sell to close. Therefore your position would be closed basis the bid price. You can switch to the bid price by right clicking on the chart, then selecting price, then bid. If you change to the bid price you will see that your position was closed basis your stop level which you had set at a price of 150.910. The low on that candle is 150.900 which would have triggered your stop accordingly. I have attached a screenshot to illustrate the above.

    Kind regards

  5. Hi @BillyWhizz

The next dividend is only forecasted to be declared in early September. If you use the previous dividend as an illustration. 0.0813 x 280 shares = GBP19.34 dividend payment. Thus GBP19.34 would have been credited to your account. Hope this helps.

    Thanks

    2. Tick to agree with terms > Settings:
    3. Browse > Expand Desktop* > Make New Folder and name e.g. 'IG MT4 2' > OK > Rename Program group e.g. 'IG MetaTrader 4 Terminal 2' > Next:
    4. Finish:

I have added some screenshots below which should help.

  8. Hi @theruleof7

    Thanks for the question

The trade was stopped out basis the stop level instructed at 0.90537. The trade was stopped out at a price of 0.90493 meaning that you incurred 4.4 points worth of slippage. I have attached a screenshot indicating the time your stop was triggered. Remember to always check the bid price when selling to close and the ask price if buying to close. I hope this helps.

    Many thanks
