  3. OfentseIG's post in Commission for first month (UK) was marked as the answer
    Hi @Ben
    That is correct.
If you make 3 trades on US stocks in the month of November, you won't pay commission in December. This will continue as long as you make 3 trades per month. This also applies to UK stocks. If you make 3 trades on UK stocks this month paying commission of £8, you will be paying reduced commission of  £3 in the next month.
You can make 3 trades in the first month and countless trades in the second month. You still won't be charged commission in the second month. All the best, OfentseIG

    Hi @AIrshad
Thank you for reaching out. For clients through the UK office, MasterCard rules recently prevented us from making payments to MasterCards which were not issued in the UK. We are able to return funds to Debit or Pre-paid MasterCards, but there may be some issues from time to time.

  7. OfentseIG's post in Demo Fee's was marked as the answer
    Hi @spotjos
We charge spread when trading natural gas and Crude oil. The spread is the one direct charge that you’ll need to consider when trading on leverage. We charge spread for all markets except when trading shares where we charge commission. The standard spread on US Crude Oil is 2.8 and 3 on Natural Gas.
You can find more information on our charges from the link CFD Charges

  8. OfentseIG's post in Custom margin call settings/options/alerts? was marked as the answer
    Hi @JZaffiro
We don't have the option to customize margin call alerts at the moment. However we will send this feedback to the relevant team.
If the option is included in the near future, it is important to note that markets move fast, which may mean that we are unable to contact you before your positions get closed. If your equity drops from above 100% of margin to below 50% in less than five seconds, for instance, we will not be able to contact you. All the best, OfentseIG
  9. OfentseIG's post in Is the PUT option position automatically closed when the loss is equal to margin? was marked as the answer
    Hi @danielk
    Thanks for reaching out.
If you buy options, the maximum loss is your premium (margin). Options are cash settled. You have the option to exercise it before expiry or leave it until expiry. Nonetheless, the maximum loss would still be your premium regardless of where the strike price is. All the best, OfentseIG
  10. OfentseIG's post in Could you add the following stock as "All Session" please was marked as the answer
    Hi @Pet007
If you are trading on a leverage account (CFD or Spread Betting), you can trade all US stocks pre- or post- market. They do not have to have the title 'All sessions' for you to trade them out of hours. However due to low liquidity in the pre- and post- market, you would have to call our desk to trade these. Unfortunately we cannot trade them online when it is out of hours nor can we add them as All Sessions stocks. All the best, O.D

  12. OfentseIG's post in IG 2022 statement is still not available? was marked as the answer
Hi @Kevin, the income statement is used to show the dividends received in a tax year and the breakdown of the different types of instruments that have paid them (shares, ETFs)
Therefore, the Income tax statements can only be generated if you've received dividends during the financial year ending 2022. If you have not received dividends, you can generate the ledger summary statement from the History tab on your My IG. All the best, OfentseIG

You would need to use the 'Force Open' feature which allows you to hedge. If 'Net Off' is selected than your buy order would close the already existing short position. You can find this feature on the Trade/Deal ticket when placing a trade.
