  1. It's an easy way to lose lots of money.
  2. There's nothing to crack ... it's just gambling
  3. Long gold today, my bonnie bairns 😺
  4. “Go and speak to a professional, otherwise it is gambling”, Fraser said, Did they seek professional advice before investing their entire pension pot on a single stock
  5. It's forming a wee wedgie, my bonnie loon. It's going to drop! 😱
  6. The next 'crash' is being calmly organized and put in place, piece by piece. Hell, they even pay agitators to raise up the crowds of protesters and striking union members. The question is, who is going to profit from all the carefully orchestrated suffering this time?
  7. Oh snap! It seems like the remote file you are searching for is unavailable. Don't worry! There are some similar files below Bummer. The 'Reminiscences' one is one of the 'classics' that I don't have yet. Apparently it wasn't written by Jesse Livermore, and when you search Amazon for it you get a bewildering array of results from different authors.
  8. https://www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/companies/news/902964/losers-and-winners-of-the-sirius-minerals-saga-902964.html Those affected are not Tory voters (people in the north of England) so they won't get any help from London.
  9. Without strong action to reduce carbon emissions, climate change is projected ‘to cut the global area suitable for coffee production by as much as 50 per cent by 2050.’ https://climatecare.org/the-effect-of-climate-change-on-coffee-production/
  10. Climate change? People finally value 'real things' over imaginary ones (Bitcoin, paper money, share certificates) ... ? Maybe coffee will become a luxury good and be unaffordable to the tens of millions newly thrown out of work, while the world elite orchestrates the next 'crisis'.
  11. There are billions of people still living in extreme poverty, I very much doubt that their standard of living can be improved by installing more solar panels and fracking land close to prosperous Western towns. The demand for oil and coal will actually increase as and when these people get integrated into late-stage capitalism. If you step back and think deeply about things ... isn't death inevitable? The inevitable cycle of death and rebirth, never-ending misery. It is quite enough to drive one insane.
  12. Seems to be a recurring theme in IG's 'How to trade ...' series. They pay for very expensive, knowledgeable guests and talk about everything except actual trading. Talking about Brexit in a video called 'How to trade the NFP'? What's the point? I want to see Chris B do a real time trade - let's see the peacock strut his stuff.
  13. So a video appears on Youtube called HOW TO TRADE the NFP and there is zero discussion of actual trading, instead some glib Tory w*nker talking about how Brexit won't be so bad after all once the Conservative party gets a majority, to which Chris B grins and nods approvingly. What gives, IG?
  14. Well, given that IG would probably rather like to have your money and given that the pinstripe suits in the City are willing enablers of appropriation I would share your login details with a trusted family member.
  15. Kind of looks like we're getting sideways action going nowhere for now.
  16. Negative rates encourage savers to stop hoarding cash and put it out to good use. The wealth should be transferred to people who can use it productively (ordinary people for example).
  17. It happens 'naturally' as societies get richer - people live longer but have fewer kids. I don't know why you'd pick on her anyway. She doesn't look like she will be a 'breeder'.
  18. I wouldn't rely on it to be reliable ... and they don't seem too bothered about it either.
  19. Oh absolutely. Brent crude looking really bullish.
