  1. Hi @govind99, Thank you for your post! I just wanted to clarify that to bring up the chart of a market under the watchlist, you simply need to left-click on the market name once. A chart will then pop up to the right. If you would like to open the chart in a new window, you can right-click on the market name, which will open a menu with the option to open the chart in a new window. Thanks, KoketsoIG

Just a heads up, a stock or ETF can be offered on a leveraged account but may be removed if there are changes in the requirements or broker margin. This is because the costs would need to be transferred to the client if the broker margin is high. Another reason for removal could be if a stock no longer meets our minimum market cap requirements. 2. Absolutely! As mentioned earlier, a stock or ETF can be offered on a leveraged account but may be removed if there are changes in the requirements or broker margin.   4. Hi there! @gjo To partially close a position, kindly navigate to the 'Positions' tab and click on 'close'. A box will pop up, allowing you to indicate the size you want to close. Please note that this feature only works if you don't have one-click trading enabled. Thanks, KoketsoIG

  15. Dear @HarbourMaster, This is for when you make deposits and trades, our system allows you to hold a multi-currency account. If you have a GBP-denominated account and you deposit USD, your funds will be automatically converted to GBP. However, if you have the 'manual' settings enabled, the USD you deposit will not be converted, and you'll be able to make USD trades without any conversion. To add the moving average indicator to your chart, simply right-click on the chart, select 'indicators', and then choose the moving average indicator. To adjust the moving average to 200, simply scroll down to the bottom of the chart and click on the "MAs" option. From there, you can change the default values of 20, 50, and 100 to 200.   18. Hi @CTrading, Thank you for your post and welcome to the community! I understand that you are experiencing issues when clicking on the market. It seems that you do not have the same options as shown in the attached screenshot. In the meantime, I recommend trying some basic troubleshooting steps. 1. Log out, force close the app and then log back in. 2. Ensure that your app has been updated to the latest version. 3. Ensure that you are using a good stable WiFi connection or 4G mobile data. Try switching between the two network services to see if it could be a temporary issue on either connection. 4. Delete the app and do a fresh installation of the app. 5. Restart the mobile device.   22. Dear @Graham333, Thank you for your post. Please note that you can add a share dealing account under the same login. Simply go to your Dashboard and select "Add an account." If you already have an active account, you won't be able to open another separate account with a different login. This could result in a duplicate failure when applying. Just to clarify, you cannot transfer the account to a family member. However, you can transfer shares to a family member. All the best, KoketsoIG
