Can’t see open position

How can we rely on such a platform where we can't reach out to customer support? Our money seems to be in risk.

THIS IS IG STATEMENT - THATS A GREAT HELP - NOT - TRY ANSWERING YOUR PHONES..Intermittent issues with viewing positions on platform
 
 
Update - We are continuing to investigate this issue.

Investigating - We are currently aware of an intermittent issue where positions are not appearing on the platform. This is being investigated by our Incident team at the highest priority. THESE NUMBERS DONT EVEN RING??? WTF TRIED THE AUSTRALIAN NUMBER AND IT CUTS OFF CONTINUALLY DOESNT EVEN RING

Why are we having this issue? Yesterday the platform was having issues on displaying everything. Today we can't view our open positions, let alone edit it...

Hi, I cannot see my open positions. As a result I cannot close or edit stops. Please fix asap

Better look for another broker. Saxo customer support response is definitely better than IG.

I have the same issue, the platform has been having issues since last night, it seemed to be working, now I am cannot see or manage any positions.

I cant see no open positions and feel like a few of us are been targeted. My feiend with less funds can see his one. and they are not answerinf their phone either. This is a joke

I also can not see the open position, what is happened to the account? Yesterday it was suddenly noted that the market is closed. Why?

same story! no open positions visible on mobile or web trading platform. Have taken screenshot to prove but doubt anything would come of it.

Me too having the same issue. Highly unstable platform and 0 support. Our monies is at risk. Can we cliam from IG for our losses? Better start looking for another broker. Saxo capital customer support is way much better than IG.

How can you be providing us a service and we cant get through to the telephone lines nor see our postions on the screen. They basically want us to lose our funds and then they open it back up again. This is highly unfair.

we should consider that and also contactoing media, if IG doesn't refund us for all our losses.
