Hi @Adge115, To incorporate IG TV into your workspace, simply click on the "IG TV Live" option. After adding it to your workspace, you can maximize or minimize the tab by clicking on the top right corner, as demonstrated in the below image. Hi @Gavmister, As @RJo mentioned, the amount of leverage available to you depends on your jurisdiction. To determine your leverage, please visit the charges section on our website. Additionally, we trade using lots, specifically Standard and Mini lots on our platform. However, for Forex on MT4 (Meta Trader), we offer micro lots exclusively. Nevertheless, you have the option to set up a multi-currency account, which allows trades settled in USD to remain in USD instead of converting back to GBP. This enables you to use USD for future trades. To make this change, please visit the "Currency Conversion" section under "My IG" > "Live Account". Please be aware that switching to a multi-currency account will also affect your commission structure. Hi there! There are two possible reasons for this issue. First, it could be because your free trial has expired or your subscription is no longer active on your live account. If your free trial has ended and you want to access the ProRealTIme, you'll need to activate it on your live account by going to My IG > Settings > ProRealtime. Also, ensure there are sufficient funds available in your billing account. The charges and rebates can be viewed on the same page. If your subscription is already active on your live account but you're still unable to activate it on your demo account, please send an email to helpdesk.uk@ig.com.
